Confession time. I have this song on my ipod. Come on! You know you've got a little cheese on yours too. I wanna hear all your little dirty musical secrets. What songs do you have that others might find a little odd. Just so you know. I'm singing and doing a little "Stop, cause I really love you" hand motion right now. There's a little shoulder bounce and foot tapping too. I know I'm not the only one. Some of you know all the words to Escape and Love Hurts. Please... say I'm not the only one.

Monkeys and lamposts know all the words to 'Love Hurts'...there's only about 5 words in the entire song.
My Ipod contains a deeply groovy and eclectic choice of music.
Oh, except for that Jackson Five song - One bad apple- which I will sing loudly and often.
And maybe My Sharona...
That's funny because I heard that love will tear us apart...

I confess that I have only caught up with the Joneses and just got an ipod. Maybe I should use everyone's music confessions to make up my playlist?
Can I confess I don't actually have an iPod? I've purchased three in the last three years as gifts for certain people Chez Fairlie...but have yet to get one for myself.
Oh my. Tracey, Fairlie, and Teamsak have wimped out on me. Okay you non-ipod owners.... tell me what's in your CD collection that might embarrass you!
You're a smartass Rob. Have I told you that before?
....Love Hurts....
Okay...you've twisted my arm...
They're not even in my CD collection...I only have them on VINYL (remember that archaic mode??) but they will be some of the first albums I download when I do eventually get an iPod as they just take me back to a carefree youth whenever I hear any of the main tracks...
The Proclaimers, Sunshine on Leith
Petshop Boys, Introspective
Laugh all you like... :)
See I just don't understand the embarrassment here. Love Will Keep Us Together is a GREAT song. I'm off to iTunes to download it now.
I'm a little embarrassed to have Mariah Carey in my artist list but it's just the one song : All I Want For Christmas" which is one of the best pop songs ever.
I've got I'm Your Man by Wham; Up, Up and Away by the 5th Dimension; Wannabe by the Spice Girls and they co-habit quite happily with a blend of classical, alternative, big-band, greatest songs from the Muppet Show and whatever else takes my fancy. I wear my dagginess on my sleeve.
I'm with fairlie - I don't have an ipod. I do have my other blog for various you tube videos - often of old or 'interesting' songs. Might have to go trawling through you tube again - feeling in a reminiscent mood now!
